Project is limited to 2 encroachments. One encroachment is to improve an existing pond that retains a maximum of 2 acre/feet of water. Water is diverted for cannabis cultivation use. The work for the encroachment includes maintenance of infrastructure of the pond. A second encroachment is to divert water from Sherwood Creek, a Class I watercourse using a pump and pressure tank system for domestic household use.
