Document Description
The project is limited to seven encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from a spring feeding an unnamed tributary to Fish Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use and commercial irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include component upgrades and use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The six other proposed encroachments are to upgrade or decommission failing stream crossings. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts where applicable, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
