The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-10716-R 1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Cavin Landry. The project is limited to one (1) encroachment. Encroachment 1 includes routine maintenance of an existing pond , which may involve manual maintenance of the pond inlet and outlet culverts. Water from the pond is not diverted for consumptive use. Maintenance involving the use of heavy equipment and/or replacement of culverts is not authorized by this Agreement.
