Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0614-R1 , pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Marvin Giovanni Mejia. The project is limited to four (4) encroachments. Encroachment 1 (identified as M1) includes remediation of a graded area, removal of perched fill and slash from the stream channel, and installation of a rocked ford. Encroachment 2 (identified as M5) includes remediation of a graded area, including removal of fill from the stream and streambank. Encroachments 3 and 4 (identified as Road Segments 2 and 3) are for are for remediation of stream reaches that had been altered due to road construction. Work for these encroachments include removal of sediment and fill materials, and re-establishment of the stream channels.
