Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0937-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Juan Carlos Gamino. The project is limited to three (3) encroachments. One (1) encroachment is for replacement of an undersized stream crossing culvert. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the existing culvert, replacement with a new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. The two (2) other proposed encroachments are to install rock armored fill crossings for dry season use only . Work for these encroachments will include excavation of fill, construction of rock armored fill crossings, including rock armoring and compaction as necessary to minimize erosion.
