CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0031-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Ayres D&C Construction. The P14-0805 and P15-0004 Project includes the construction of 18 residential units, which will include the removal and replacement of the existing Lincoln Avenue storm drain on the southeast side of the site with 3'x6' concrete storm drain. The existing trapezoidal concrete channel with energy dissipaters north of Aralia Drive will also be removed. An earthen infiltration basin will be constructed on the parcel northwest of Aralia Drive to divert runoff from the development.
