Document Description
The city is proposing to rehabilitate and widen the Churn Cr bridge on Old Alturas Rd. Rehabilitation includes widening the bridge deck, pier walls, and abutments. The new roadway design includes two 12 ft lanes, a 14 ft wide center turn lane, 8 ft wide paved shoulders, and 6 ft wide sidewalks separated by a concrete barrier. Construction is proposed to begin in Summer 2018.
