Document Description
The proposed project involves a Rezoning from R-1-X-6.5 to Preliminary and Precise Planned District P-2016-304, Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 8342 and a Private Street entitlement to facilitate the development of a 14-lot single-family subdivision on a 2.10-acre parcel. The residences would be three stories with building midpoint heights ranging from 29 feet, 11 inches for Plan A, and 36 feet, 10 inches (38 feet to midpoint of the tower element) for Plan B. The Plan A residences would be located along Washington Blvd. and the Plan B residences would be located behind them at the rear of the project site. The homes would range in size from 1,857 to 1,960 sq. ft. and would each have three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.
