The Project entails various improvements to the CSA 17 wastewater treatment and collection system that are required to repair and replace aging infrastructure and comply with Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board requirements. Phase 1 of the project will be completion of the wastewater treatment plant improvements, which are needed to meet regulatory requirements. Phase 2 of the project will be the collection system improvements.
