The City proposes the construction of improvements to the California Avenue Sewer generally located within the California Avenue and Foothill Parkway public ROW in the city. Construction of the proposed sewer improvements is anticipated to occur over a 10-month period starting in early 2017. The improvements would be completed in sections starting at the intersection of California Ave and Pico St and proceeding south to the intersection with Tamarisk Lane.
