Document Description
The City is proposing to implement the Benicia Water Reuse Project, which would consist of producing and delivering approximately 2 million gallons per day (2,240 acre ft per year) of recycled water to the Valero Benicia Refinery and other City customers for non-potable uses. The proposed project would consist of upgrades at the City of Benicia's existing wastewater treatment plant, approximately 16,300 lf of pipeline, and a storage tank with a capacity of up to 2 million gallons that could be located at the wastewaster treatment plant, the refinery or at the City's corporation yard at 2400 E 2nd St.
