The 1828 Ocean Ave mixed use project would replace an existing paved surface parking lot at the corner of Pico Blvd and Ocean Ave. This project would have up to 83 residential units, up to 2,000 sf of ground level commercial uses (including approximately 1,000 sf of outdoor dining). The 1921 Ocean Front Walk mixed use housing project would be built on a vacant lot adjacent to the Casa Del Mar hotel. This project would have up to 22 residential units and approximately 4,000 sf of ground level commercial uses facing the beach (including approx 1,155 sf of outdoor dining).
