Document Description
The Bryte Park Master Plan phases II & III would include improvements to the existing park facilities. Improvements would be completed as funding for projects becomes available. Phase II includes design & construction of a covered concrete picnic area, parking lot, sewer & electrical connections, lighting facilities, and pedestrian crossings. Phase III includes construction of two sports courts for basketball and pickleball, demolitions of defuncts facilities on the western side of the park and construction of two new soccer fields, and construction of ADA improvements.
