Parcel 4 to contain 7.28 acres. The Site Approval application is proposed on Parcel 1 and includes the construction of a 4,395 sq. ft. fuel canopy, a 3,028 sq. ft. convenience store, a 1,102 sq. ft. carwash, a 2,478 sq. ft. fast food restaurant with a 1,536 sq. ft. canopy, and a 5,338 sq. ft. restaurant.
