Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0583-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish Game Code to the project Applicant, Caltrans District 2. Permittee is planning to construct a new bridge (approx. 312 feet in length) just north of the existing alignment of hwy 36 which currently is a tight curve crossing Ditch Gulch. After construction of the bridge the existing alignment of the road, culvert, and associated fill will be removed to restore Ditch Gulch to a free flowing condition.
