Document Description
Coastal Development Permit No. 2018-023 represent a request for the expansion of a groundwater replenishment system that includes a 25 ft. high, 4,700 sq. ft. pump station; two 33 ft. high flow equalizatioon tanks; pipeline rehabilitation on a vacant portion of the Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD). The coastal development permit is required to allow construction of the project within the non-appealable area of the coastal zone. The proposed groundwater replenishment system and facility rehabilitation within the OCSD site will upgrade an existing groundwater system and ensure a reliable supply of high-quality water to serve the needs of the community.
