Document Description
The project includes a new headworks with screening, flow measurement and pumping, a photovoltaic energy system, facultative ponds, storage ponds, evaporation ponds, associated piping, operation and storage buildings, emergency generator, equipment needed to operate the facility, fencing, access roads and land purchase. It is anticipated that the pond embankments will need materials imported from off site borrow areas. At the headworks, screenings will be collected and disposed in accordance with local, State and Federal requirements. The treatment ponds will collect biosolids which will periodically be removed and disposed.
