Document Description
The project site consists of an existing deteriorating coastal bluff protection/stabilization wall protecting the subject parcel from shoreline erosion. A portion of an existing, vacant residence currently extends over the bluff face. The project would stabilize the eroding bluff with a concrete protection device that will have a native bluff looking finish. The proposed project extends onto the residential property to the north and proposes a construction bench, soil placement, and hydroseeding on State Parks property.
