Document Description
Demolition of all existing uses on a 3.8-acre project site and construction of the proposed Wellness Pavilion, a two-story, approximately 38,000 sf multi-use building, which would house a recreation and practice gym, multi-purpose rooms, exercise rooms, physical therapy lab, dance and cycling studios, offices and support space (i.e. lockers, showers, restrooms, equipment storage, and mechanical spaces). The project does not include a request to increase the max student enrollment (2,244 students) on the campus, nor would it create a need for a future increase in the max student enrollment.
