Project is limited to 2 Class II encroachments including the construction of a waterhole at reference point B and a permanent culvert at Xing 1. For construction of the new waterhole, work shall occur during dry periods of the year when water flows are low. If water is present at the site during the construction period, temporary diversions using plastic sheeting or pipe may be installed to route water around the site where necessary to prevent impoundment. Where situation potential is significant during construction, filter fabric sediment barriers shall be used. These filters shall be cleaned and maintained as necessary to maintain proper function. Upon completion of the waterhole, all plastic material shall be removed from and disposed of off-site.
