Document Description
Caltrans proposes to restore the vegetation and repair the irrigation equipment in the burnt quadrants on State Route 4 between mileposts 15.7 and 16.0 in the City of Stockton in San Joaquin County. All work will be within Caltrans' right of way. No new right of way will be acquired. The scope of work will include checking the existing irrigation, the repair of damaged slope sides, repair and replace irrigation and its components, install erosion control measures, traffic control, and any other related work deemed necessary by the engineer. The purpose of this project is to prevent erosion damage in the winter which would lead to clogged drains and cause shoulders and travel way to be.
