SF State proposes to develop the Creative Arts and Holloway Mixed-Use Project in the southern portion of the SF State campus. The Project includes the construction of the Creative Arts replacement building, an associated concert hall, and a mixed-use development including student housing, neighborhood-serving retail, and student support services. The Project includes design guidelines, transportation and parking improvements, utility connections, stormwater improvements, landscaping, and lighting.
