Note: Extended Per Lead The project is a mixed-use project that proposes a range of uses that include light industrial (e-commerce fulfillment center, warehousing/distribution, manufacturing, offices), commercial (retail, services, offices), and a wetlands/natural resource preservation area. Specific uses may include e-commerce fulfillment centers, warehouses, retail stores, and professional offices including dental and medical offices and laboratories, commercial recreation, a travel center, food services, and lodging. Buildout of the project area would include approx. 488,000 sq. ft. of commercial/office uses and approx. 2,737,000 sq. f.t of industrial uses.
