The subject property and impacted off property area will be hereinafter referred to as the site. The proposed project plan, removal action workplan, City Lot Remediation, Calsol Lot, 822 West Commercial St, Pomona, CA 91768, E2 Manage Tech, dated June 2016 is incorporated by reference.
