This restoration project is being implemented in response to violations of unpermitted work conducted within the unnamed stream on the property, including a Cleanup and Abatement Order #R2-2015-0001 issued by the San Francisco RWQCB. Activities are limited to restoration work for the repair of unpermitted grading, excavation, vegetation clearing, culvert installation, and green waste disposal on the property. Issuance of a Lakebed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0296-R3 is pursuant to fish and game code section 1602.
