Document Description
The proposed project includes the subdivision of a 3.63 acre lot into two parcels to construct a 2.86 acre self-storage facility and a 0.77 acre 7-Eleven gas station. The self-storage facility would include six storage structures totaling 99,637 sf, a two story manager's office and residential unit, and 21 parking spaces. The gas station would include a 3,795 sf 7-Eleven store, six multi product dispenser fueling stations, and 28 parking spaces.
