Document Description
Construction of 323 condominiums in three high-rise residential buildings and a 176-room hotel ina single high-rise hotel building on a vacant 6.06-acre site located on the south side of Serramonte Blvd, across from Serramonte Shopping Center. The project approved included a General Plan amendment reclassifying the site as Very High Density Residential allowing at least 50 dwelling units per acre or more and Planned Development rezoning. The high-rise condominiums were approved to be 13 and 17 stories. The hotel was approved to be 12 stories. The applicant was granted a density bonus pursuant to CA Government Code S: 65915 et seq.
