The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0325-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Bruce Road Associates, LP. Bruce Road Associates, LP (Applicant) proposes to develop a ±314-acre site with a mixture of 423 single-family residential lots, 13.4 acres of multi-family residential land use, 36.6 acres of commercial land uses, 5 acres of proposed storm water facilities, 3.3 acres of park, a pedestrian/bicycle trail, and a 117.3-acre preserve (Project). The 117.3-acre preserve will combine with an adjacent 14.7-acre Doe Mill-Schmidbauer Meadowfoam Preserve into a single 132-acre biological preserve (Stonegate Preserve).
