Note: Initial Study The project proposes construction and operation of gravity conveyance facilities to deliver surface water supplies to two service areas that currently rely on groundwater wells. Service laterals shall vary between open-channel and piped sections depending on hydraulics, land acquisition, topography of the land, and pipe costs. These actions would allow the District to provide currently underserved areas with surface water supplies.
