Document Description
The proposed project includes the development of an approximately 84,691-sf, 119.5 ft (9 stones) tall, mixed use development with 77 residential units, 2,294 sf of ground floor retail, and 83 parking spaces in three levels of subterranean parking. The proposed project will provide a minimum of 9,398 sf of open space. The project site consists of three lots that comprise approximately 14,152 sf of lot area. The site is located in the Little Tokyo Community Design Overlay and the Greater Downtown Housing Incentive Area within the Central City Community Plan Area and is zoned [Q]C2-4D-CDO with General Plan Designation of Regional Center Commercial. The site is developed with two single story commercial buildings that total approximately 1,266 sf and a surface parking lot, all of which shall be demolished. The site contains no trees.
