The proposed project includes the expansion of the existing parking structure and construction and operation of a new medical office building. The parking structure expansion would provide 834 parking spaces, which would be a net increase of 546 spaces on the campus. The parking structure would have one level below grade, one level at grade, and four levels above grade for a total of six levels. A total of 44 accessible parking spaces would be provided. The medical office building would be a three-story, 60,000 sf facility.
