Document Description
The proposed project is a fenced and gated 2.0 MW alternating current (MW-AC) or 2.4 MW direct current (MW-DC) solar photovoltaic (PV) energy generation facility. The facility would consist of 5,780 photovoltaic modules, 1,192 piers, 8 drive motors, and 24 combiner boxes. The facility would be connected to Southern CA Edison's electricity grid at the existing utility pole location on CA-126 (Pole ID No. 4215667F) via an underground utility trench approximately 795 lf in length. To support the additional load, the existing wood utility pole would be replaced with a steel pole. Solar panels would occupy approximately 12 acres of the 21.52 acre site and would have a max height of 10 ft and would be mounted on piers. The project would also include perimeter fencing, access gate, and 12 ft wide maintenance and access road.
