Document Description
CUP 13-001 will permit the use of a public utility facilities and utilities by mutual companies, except and public facility for which a building permit is not required pursuant to the city's building regulations, and such facility which is permitted by city granted franchise consistent with Whittier Municipal Code Section 18.52.030A. Development Review Application No. DRP 12-020 will allow for the review and approval of the site plan, floor plans and elevation associated with the utility facility. The project involves the drilling, development and testing of an exploratory groundwater supply well to assess the feasibility of drilling a new permanent potable water supply well at Suburban's Plant 211 site. The test well will demonstrate the groundwater yield and water quality in the underground aquifer.
