Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0139-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Young Jacobsen.
The project is limited to three pond diversions and includes minimum bypass blows past the pond during the dry season. The water diversion is located on unnamed tributaries that flow directly to the South Fork Eel River, Diverted water will be used for domestic use and irrigation.

The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
