Document Description
The SWRCB is a responsible agency for this project. The SWRCB Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program is providing funds for the project. The District proposes to construct a new groundwater supply well which would replace 3 existing wells at mobile home parks in Los Molinos, CA. The existing wells have tested positive for levels of arsenic above allowable Safe Drinking Water Act standards. In order to consolidate the water supply with the two mobile home parks, approx. 2,000 feet of water pipeline would be constructed along SR 99E. Plans for the project include sections of directional drilling in order to avoid potential impacts to Los Molinos Creek and SR 99E.
