Document Description
Project consists of a tentative parcel map to subdivide a 10.69 parcel into four lots. The lots would range in size from 2.6 to 2.84 acres. The parcels would be served by individual well and septic systems. Parcels I, II, and III would have direct access to Pine Grove Drive, and Parcel IV would have direct access to Wisner Road. Pine Grove Drive and Wisner roads are constructed and paved.
