Also includes a General Plan amendment and rezoning to change the land use in the Arnele Transit Center area to Regional Commercial and a rezone for a property on East Main to General Commercial; a zoning code amendment to the Mixed-Use Chapter and to create common interest subdivision standards; and amendments to the Downtown Specific Plan and Parkway Plaza Specific Plan.
