Document Description
The project includes the demolition of the existing structures on-site, and the development of a residential and commercial mixed-use project consisting of 369 residential apartments and approx. 22,000 sf of ground-floor commercial space. The project would consist of the construction of two buildings (North Building and South Building) that would be connected by a footbridge spanning above the adjacent alleway. The North Building would include 142 apartments within 7 levels and would front 5th St. The South Building would include 22,000 sf of ground-floor retail space and 227 apartments within 6 levels above the ground-floor retail and would front both 6th St. and Bixel St. The project would contain approximately 348,431 sf of developed floor area.
