Document Description
The project is to install a wastewater treatment system and to expand vineyard land application areas at Bear Creek Winery (the Winery). The proposed project will be completed by Aug. 2018. Currently the Winery is regulated under Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) Order 71-037, which was adopted by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board on 21, August 1970. On 29 Dec. 2014, the Winery submitted a Report of Waste Discharge (RWD) to apply for revised WDRs. Prior to adoption of the revised WDRs, a review of the project's potential environment impacts is required pursuant to CEQA.
