Document Description
SWRCB as the lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. The Fort Irwin Water System proposes to construct and operate the following design element changes within the 79 acre parcel evaluated in the 2011 EA: a 518,000 gallon emergency water storage tank, ten 50,000 gallon emergency wastewater storage tanks (total of 500,000 gallons), a 2.4-megawatt fixed photovoltaic solar array, two 25,000 gallon below ground fuel storage tanks, five 2.5-million British thermal units (MBTU) and two 1.0-MBTU boilers, and three 1.5 MW diesel generators.
