Document Description
The proposed project involves the demolition of four existing multi-family residential developments and the construction of a new seven-story multi-family residential building on a 27,000 sq. ft. lot. The new building will contain a total of 81 dwelling units, consisting of 74 market-rate units and seven Restricted Affordable Units. The building will have a maximum height of 75 feet 2 inches and comprise approx. 91,344 sq. ft. of floor area.
The project will provide 193 parking spaces in a four-level parking garage consisting of two subterranean levels, one ground level, and one second level. Vehicular access to the site would be provided on Francis Avenue via a two-way driveway. The project will also provide 90 bicycle parking stalls. Approx. 11,005 sq. ft. of open space areas will be provided on site.
