The Village and Barrio Master Plan establishes a vision, policies, and standards for future development and land uses with the city's downtown "Village" and adjacent "Barrio." The two neighborhoods occupy approx. 350-acres and are partially within the Coastal Zone. The Village and Barrio Master Plan replaces the existing Village Master Plan and Design Manual and the general zoning regulations applicable to the Barrio.
