SEJPA proposes several SEWRF upgrades, rehabilitations, and replacements, including: administration and operations buildings and seismic upgrades; site improvements and security; preliminary treatment upgrades; electrical upgrades; dewatering upgrades; digester improvements; aeration and return upgrades; dissolved air flotation upgrades and co-thickening; supervisory control and data acquisition system installation; and installation of solar fields. A new administration building would be constructed at the southern end of the project site, near the SEWRF entrance off Manchester Avenue.
