Document Description
Project Geology proposes to conduct cone Penetration testing (CPT) at six specific sites and possibly in four more locations in an array located on the primary road at the top of the CAAQ. The CPT will be penetrated approximately until refusal depth, into the ground's surface. The CPT is intended to confirm that the water seepage observed in the vicinity of CAAQ at M.M. 6.60 is water leaking through the concrete liner and Aqueduct embankment. The water seepage locations include a saturated lower Aqueduct embankment and four small boils approximately 35 feet from the Aqueduct embankment.
