The project involves three encroachments: 1) repair of concrete retaining wall adjacent to reservoir, which will include filling voids with approximately 3-5 cubic yards of concrete contained within forms; 2) removal of approximately 50% of accumulated sediment and vegetation in the reservoir using heavy equipment and/or hand tools and labor; and 3) diversion of up to 25 gallons of water per day for domestic irrigation purposes.
