The City of Ceres is proposing to prezone and annex multiple properties (17 parcel); 10 parcels located north and 2 parcels south of SR 99 were prezoned previously by the City. The remaining 5 parcel are to be prezoned as "CC - Community Commercial". The City proposes to annex all 17 properties for a total of 152 acres, along with road right-of-way along SR 99; and along the UPRR, which runs parallel to the SR 99.
