The proposed Project is the construction and operation of a Love's Country Store in the City of Williams. The proposed project would include a fuel dispensing area with 22 fueling positions to dispense gasoline and diesel fuel to passenger vehicles and trucks. The project would include a 13,582 sq. ft. convenience store/ restaurant space and a 6,322 sq. ft. foot tire shop. The proposed travel center will function as a "one stope shop" for freeway travelers and truckers including minor vehicle repairs and tire sales. The project is consistent with existing City of Williams General Plan land use designations and zoning (Business Park).
