Document Description
The project site encompasses 92,869 sq. ft. (2.15 acres). The proposed project involves the demolition of an existing 47,040 sq. ft. office building and associated surface parking lot, followed by the construction and occupation of 69 all affordable family apartment units and 119 on-site parking spaces. The development includes a total of seven buildings. Residential units will be located within six three-story buildings. In addition, a free-standing one-story building will include a laundry, bicycle storage and community porch.
