Document Description
The proposed project would involve the demolition of an existing 47,040 sq. ft. brick office building and associated surface parking lot, followed by the construction and operation of seven buildings for a total of 69 all-affordable family apartment units and 119 on-site parking spaces. The residential units would be located within six buildings, each constructed as a Type V wood three-story design with a tuck-under parking and surface parking. A free-standing building of one story with laundry, bicycle storage and a community porch would be constructed as Type V. The buildings would be oriented towards First Street, the primary building lobby located at the ground level. Leasing offices and ground floor units would line the First Street frontage.
