The Kings River Conservation District (KRCD) proposes to construct and operate a flood capture and recharge project on up to 6,000 acres of the Terranova Ranch, located approx. 2 miles north of Helm, CA. KRCD would acquire lands through easements developed with the landowner. Easements would be used for permanent or temporary flooding as well as permanent conveyance features.
